How often is the property information updated?
The property information is updated every evening, 7 days a week. This is very important because the real estate market is moving very fast right now. Buyers will know about new listings and market changes before any other buyer.

Is there any obligation to be a member of this site?
The only thing we ask of our members is that they please contact us to view property they have seen on this site. However, to be a preferred member where you can view property addresses and receive daily email of new listings, we ask that you work exclusively with David Hyre. How can I search for homes for sale in other towns?
You set your search criteria when first registered. If you want to search in another town, change your price range, or see other types of property, just email us with the request and we will make the changes to your profile right away.
