David began his career selling residential real estate in 1994. His dedication, creativity and leadership abilities quickly launched him into a small group of top producing agents. Davids specialty, customized real estate marketing, grew out of his background as a Design Engineer for a large computer company for 9 years before pursuing his real estate license. She keeps in weekly contact with all of the parties involved to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. She schedules inspections, appraisals, walk through and escrow signings. She is a licensed real estate agent and has been a valuable asset to the team since her joining in 2006. With Jnine Barrett at the helm, we can be confident your closing will be smooth. Janine also oversees many of the important details when a new listing comes into the office, this includes completion of contracts, creating and organizing marketing pieces, and coordinating advertising schedules.
