We will provide you with the following services: 1. You will have complete access to www.davidhyre.com to view public information provided by the Baystate MLS. You can view all homes listed by all real estate companies to make sure you know about every home, condo, land or multi-family for sale. 2. You will have instant access to free on-line reports as a way to show that we are not your typical realtor. We want to educate and save you money. 3. Arrange private showings for any and all homes you wish to see including ´´For-Sale-By-Owner´´ homes, and arrange meetings for you with the best home builders in the area. 4. When you find the right home or builder, I can assist you with preparing an offer. I will present the offer on your behalf to the seller, the builder, the For Sale By Owner or the seller´s agent. I will negotiate in your interest at all times to get you the best deal possible. 5. We will recommend the best services: structural inspections, termite inspection, survey, appraisal, home warranty, title insurance. You agree to: 1. Notify your WCR agent of any listed homes you wish to see or builders you wish to interview. 2. Inform Real Estate Agents, builders, and For Sale By Owners who your WCR agent is. You Should NOT be currently working with another REALTOR. It is highly unethical for us to provide you property information if you are working with someone else. 3. You are under no obligation to buy or build a home. 4. For all these services, you owe us nothing. Your fee will be paid by the builder or seller on any home that you purchase or build. 5. Please limit your search to 7 towns and cities. If you select more, we reserve the right to deny membership.
